Dosumbekova Meirmankul Tileshovna was born on June 4 in the village of Akzhol, Ordabasy District, Turkestan Region. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2003 and completed her Master’s degree with honors in 2005. She conducts seminar classes in the following disciplines: Criminal Procedure Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Law Enforcement Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Legal Foundations of Anti-Corruption, Penal (Criminal Executive) Law, and Fundamentals of National Security. She has several publications in scientific journals recommended by the Quality Assurance Committee in the Field of Science and Higher Education (QAC). Since 2021 to the present, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law. She actively participates in all events and conferences held at the faculty and university levels. Dosumbekova M. T. is diligent and responsible, and she enjoys respect among students and the faculty staff. She serves as a curator–advisor for students of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Criminalistics. Achievements: For her contribution to the development of the university, she was awarded the medal “80 Years of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.” For her contribution to the development of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as for outstanding achievements in the field of science and higher education, she was awarded the “FARABI” Gold Medal in 2025. She was awarded a badge of honor for her contribution to the development of criminological science, strengthening law and order, and active participation in the activities of the Kazakhstan Criminological Association in 2025.
